Good evening blog readers! I'm super late to posting today but the streak continues! When I started posting daily in April I had no intentions or expectations to hit 40 days but it honestly would feel weird to stop now. So, we move 😤
And by move, I mean it's time to move to a new blog platform! Blogger has done me no wrong but I was convinced rather easily by a new friend I met today to try out Substack. The way the site is set up allows for multiple people to have their own pages as extensions from the main one (I think). So, I'm trying to make a Team Tahoe page in which my teammates and I can all share our individual stuff as well as team stuff. Even though it might not look like it, I spent several hours customizing and learning how to use my new home -- it was actually quite fun. Right now I have it organized for the whole team but no one has officially joined me yet... either way, I think using Substack will take the blogs to the next level 😎

Hi! Does this mean that the posts of all teammates will show up along with your posts? Is it required to download the app to access your posts? Is the app secure?
ReplyDeleteHey! I'm still learning more about substack but I think I can answer your questions. (1) Right now I think just one other team member is planning to contribute to the page. When they do, you'll be able to see their posts as well as mine. (2) The app is not required to access the posts, everything can be viewed online at https://teamtahoe.substack.com/. (3) Honestly, I can't answer definitively if the app is secure... is any app secure/what does secure mean? I really don't know, sorry!
